Bug#445471: xorg depends on transitional packages xbase-clients and xutils

xorg depends on the packages xbase-clients and xutils, but they are
transitional packages (is this a policy violation?).

In any case, please fix the dependency so that it refers to the
subpackages that xbase-clients and xutils have been split into (and
preferably not all of them).
