With the lines you have specified removed, I can confirmed that the driver in experimental works in a single-head configuration.

You should comment this out:

    Section "ServerFlags"
            Option  "Xinerama"      "true"
    EndSection

And maybe change the following line
    Screen  0       "Screen 1" 0 0
into
    Screen "Screen 1"
