I just completed installing amd64 debian on an Intel G33 chipset
system.  I used the 9/15/07 installer and ran the gui installer.  X
appeared to be fine during the installation.

After booting into the new OS, X refuses to start.  It complains about
being unable to find /dev/agpgart to increase memory beyond ~7M.  I
tried manually inserting the intel-agp module but it didn't help.
Removing xorg.conf and restarting had no effect either.

So, I have no X at all right now.
