I can't reproduce this bug with the free nv driver, but just because
neither compiz nor kde-window-decorator start. Compiz doesn't start with
some error message, kde-window-decorator seems to start, but doesn't
decorate the windows.

Please note that we usually don't close bugs just because we can't do
anything. Best practice is to leave it open until it's fixed or reassign
it to the package where this bug belongs to.
