This looks like a driver or server core problem(s), not something libdrm
specific. Reassigning to the core for now until we know more.

Beryl is not in Debian, does the same problem occur with compiz (0.5.0
currently in unstable)?

Please send the output of
    /usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg/script 3>&1
so that we see your whole config and log.
