Any TTF font metrics are incorrect if the font in iso10646-1 encoding. xfd -fn '-dejavu-dejavu sans-medium-r-normal--0-0-0-0-p-0-iso10646-1' gives the same result (all characters have the same height and depth). (Monotype arial is fetched when installing msttcorefonts from contrib branch). -- Sergei Golovan
