Bug#392864: xserver-xorg: horizontal mouse wheel doesn't work, acts like vertical

Hi Brice,

Horizontal wheel generally works fine since the stable release of etch.
I say generally, because at X startup everything works fine, but
sometimes after a while the horizontal wheel is gone, and it starts to
act as the vertical wheel. When this occurs, xev shows that horizontal
and vertical wheels send the same key events (button 4 and 5), though
they normally send different key events (button 4,5,6 and 7).
(xev showed the same at the time of the bugreport, so remapping
never helped) Unfortunately I can't tell what triggers the
bug, and can't reproduce it. I have to restart X and it works fine
again. The bug occurs about once a month, and I usually restart my X
only at these occasions.

I'm using stable now with the latest updates, and it works as described
above.

Don't know about unstable, haven't checked.

Regards,
Zoltan
