Bug#417860: Xv bug not fixed

Followup-For: Bug #417860

Spoke too soon.  Videos still come out with blue screen under Xv (on
laptop LCD display, LVDS).  Not yet clear why it worked during testing but
fails now.  Possibly because of S3 hibernation?
