I request that this remain open. I tried several versions of X and they all
had the problem.
I am happy to try out a new version if there is some reason to believe it has
a fix; I am not happy to try out every new version on the chance that it
might have a fix, and I do not think it is reasonable to expect me to do so.
Testing a new version is non-trivial, since I have to shut everything down to
do so.
