But I think the driver should respect my "Modes". Especially if the
detected modes are wrong...

Until now I used "xrandr -s 1024x768 2>&1 > /dev/null" in my Xsetup file
to change the false detected 1280x768 to the native 1024x768 of my lcd.

I removed the lines for testing and it has no effect.

I tested your line and it does not work.
