Well, unfortunately, you might be too optimistic here, I am not sure
they are planning to actually implement this very soon...

There has been some discussion recently about what strategy to use when
the mouse goes from one screen to another screen with a different size
(or even if there's a "hole" between them). If it ends up providing a
configuration option for this behavior, there *might* be a way to answer
your question. But, for now, I don't think it is possible.
