Package: xbase-clients
Version: 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10
Severity: important
Trying to swap my mouse buttons using xmodmap.
various how-to advice to do:
$ cat ~/.Xmodmap
# switch buttons for mousewheel
-e "pointer = 1 2 3 6 7 4 5"
$
But it s not parsed. Then another how-to advice:
$ cat /etc/X11/Xmodmap
# switch buttons for mousewheel
-e "pointer = 1 2 3 6 7 4 5"
$
Which does not work either.
Note:
$ xmodmap -e "pointer = 1 2 3 6 7 4 5"
$
does swap my buttons, but I need to reenter it everytime I log
under X :(
