Bug#412275: xserver-xorg-video-i810: Same symptoms with i915 but minor effects

Package: xserver-xorg-video-i810
Version: 2:1.7.2-4
Followup-For: Bug #412275

Hello,

Since a recent update of xorg into Etch I have noticed a similar problem
(without harmful consequences) that I never have before.

Now when I ajust the time (increase or decrease) via the configuration
box of KDE clock, my screen goes completely black and shutdown like if
it enter in powersaving mode.

The system still responding and X does not crashes : simply hitting a
key or moving the mouse and the display come back with no side effect.

My .xsession-errors log show an "X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window
parameter)" reported indefinitely as longuer the screen still black,
for example :

X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3
Major opcode: 20
Minor opcode: 0
