 CID format font loader does not handle fsBitmapFormat and
fsBitmapFormatMask correctly, and corrupts each glyph's bitmap image. 
 Here are some patches to fix this bug.

CID fonts are deprecated, and are not supported by latest versions of
libXfont.  I'm thus closing this bug.
