"cleanlinks" is supposed to remove empty directories, but it does not
remove empty directories that contain a space within the name. e.g.:
$mkdir asdf\ asdf
$cleanlinks
$ls
asdf asdf

This is fixed in Etch (fixed upstream before 1.0.2, maybe even before
that since the fix comes from XFree86 4.3.99)
