Well, no; I'm saying I don't think this is an RC bug, and I'm also asserting
that I wouldn't grant a freeze exception for an update that tried to fix
this bug for etch, RC or not.  I guess if the "fix" is just to document it,
that'd be ok, but I don't think that's a proper ultimate fix anyway.
