Package: xserver-xfree86 Version: 4.1.0-16woody3 I have done a fresh install of debian3.0r1 using VMWARE on win2K. The install went well but gdm has failed to work due to the xserver crashing. I try to start it manually using xinit and it still crashes. I've attached the output from the log and my config for XF86. Steve EtzellAttachment: XFree86.0.log

Closing this bug since people involved (either submitter or confirmers) either have an invalid address, or did not reply to my ping a couple weeks ago, or don't have the hardware anymore to try to reproduce. If anybody ever reproduces this problem, feel free to reopen. Brice
