      Vendor drop of libxkbfile 1.0.2. Remove obsolete 1.0.1 dir.
      Copy libxkbfile 1.0.2 over to working branch
      Version bump of packaging and remove old directory
      Set all libs to upload to unstable. Also update xft for modular.
