Tagging upload of xterm 222-1 to unstable.

      Vendor drop of xterm. This is revision 210.
      Copy xterm 210 vendor drop over to working branch
      Remove old xterm and update packaging for 210
      * Switch build dependency from libxaw8-dev to libxaw7-dev
      * debian/rules clean target now calls make clean instead of distclean
      * Use dh_install's --list-missing option
      * Merge duplicate Provides fields
