Fix a bug that would result in only the first branch location being imported.
Properly search *all* available branch locations instead of blindly using the
first one available.

Import only the trunk as well as the modular, 7.1 and experimental branches
for the Mesa and libdrm libraries.
Everything else is either obsolete or has never been used or committed to.

Only import what's reachable through the current trunk and 7.1 branch into the
X server. Everything else seemed to have been forgotten along the way.
If more locations need to be added, they should go into a separate branch.
