Bug#381884: marked as done ([xkbcomp] searches in obsolete directory /etc/X11/xkb)

xkbcomp is currently completely broken unless you happen to run it from
/usr/share/X11/xkb:

  fugl:~> setxkbmap -print | xkbcomp - $DISPLAY     
  Error:            Can't find file "xfree86" for keycodes include
                    Exiting
		    Abandoning keycodes file "(null)"

strace shows that it's searching in /etc/X11/xkb, which disappeared a
while ago (at least it isn't anywhere on my system). I haven't been able
to figure out _why_, though; I'm not really into the build system and
what is supposed to link to what...
