Also gfxgears output flickers a lot. It didn't do that back in the days
where direct rendering was not yet possible with savage driver.
I think the 3D part of my bug report #390626 really is this bug. The 2D
part is fixed by not using "exa", so I think #390626 can be closed, while
this bug report should be dealt with.
