Mapping from the Greek keyboard does indeed not seem to be done in
postinst.

The attached (untested) patch should solve this issue.

(the us alternative should be added because "gr" is listed in the
NON_LATIN variable and the "grp:alt_shift_toggle" XkbOptions is always
added )

I consider this bug as important enough to deserve an update for
etch. Without objections, I'll commit the fix in the SVN.
