Bug#390319: compiz: Doesnt refresh windows content

Hello

(running etch last updated/upgraded 28.10.06 + compiz 0.2.0-1 from sid.  
radeon M7 with radeon driver, 1024x768 display)

I can confirm the bug (not all windows refresh, maximizing/resizing  
sometimes helps) and the solution XaaNoOffscreenPixmaps. And it slows  
things down, so complex apps start to flicker a bit on whole-screen  
changes. I hope for a better solution in later versions ?
