ia32 builds of Xorg use vm86 for real-mode BIOS calls. 64-bit kernels 
don't support the vm86 syscall, even with 32-bit userland. The Vesa 
driver requires the ability to make real-mode BIOS calls. This can never 
work. I'd suggest just closing this.
