Bug#390287: Remove xawtv?

It did not work for me, but I haven't tried it a longer time ago. I can
do a binary search with some packages from snapshot.debian.net if you
think that's useful.

No, it's not that, it's on "working" channels. I know they are working
because I can hear the sound just fine. I can't capture the image (since
it's overlaid). It's blue-green in background colour with the
"foreground" noise being more red-like. But it's not more than noise, it
has no relation to the actual signal being received. It's the same for
all channels but is a bit different on each program run (seems a bit
random).

I've used both scantv and up/down. Switching channels switches the
appropriate sound channel but the image stays the same.
