  Description : X server that outputs to a window on a pre-existing X display

Xephyr is a kdrive server that outputs an X11 window. It works much like
Xnest, but has support for modern extensions like composite, damage, and
randr. Unlike Xnest, which is an X proxy and is limited to the capabilities
of the host X server, Xephyr is a real X server which uses the host X
server window as a "framebuffer" via fast SHM XImages.

This package is built from the xserver-xorg-core package, and will thus be
maintained by the XSF.
