Package: xserver-xorg-video-ati
Version: 1:6.5.7.3-3
Severity: normal

I am running into a problem with Suspend/Resume through APM on my x31
laptop. This was not an issue until the latest update. What happens is that
when I resume my laptop I get a garbled display, with a working mouse, and I
can switch desktops and everything as normal. So it seems to just have
something to do with redrawing the screen.

Here is the video chipset in the laptop just incase it is specific to the
card.

0000:01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon Mobility
M6 LY

If you need more information about my hardware or setup please feel free to
contact me, as this problem really effects the usability of my machine.

Rick

These bugs should be fixed in the X server and drivers from X.Org 7.1
which were recently uploaded to sid. Feel free to reopen if you're still
experiencing the problem with these.
