Bug#388308: x11-common: No man page for /usr/bin/X

Hello,
The x11-common package ships the binary /usr/bin/X but does not ship a
manpage X.1.gz or X.8.gz. (N.B. the manpage X.7.gz is shipped in the
xspecs package.) I'm filing a bug about this in accordance with
Policy section 12.1.
