X-Window-Cursor (/usr/X11R6/lib/icons/*)

Hello X-Team,

I am using ONLY fvwm and have two questions:

1)  I have the need to create a new cursor set/theme for X
    and like to know, HOW I can generate thos cursor format.
    Imagemagic, Gimp and others do not understand it.

2)  How can one do a screenshout, including the cursor?

Last weekend I have STFW and RTFM but there are no documentations
availlable.
