Bug#385033: Does not contain a license in /usr/share/doc/libxvmc1/copyright.

I could only find two license statements in the whole tree:

do not contain license nor copyright statements.
The next step would be to hunt down the real upstream author on the xorg
mailing list to receive a "real" license to use this code.
