Bug#383887: libx11-dev: x11.pc's xthreadlib shouldn't be empty on the Hurd

Hi,
On the Hurd, x11.pc's xthreadlib variable is empty, while it should
contain -lpthread, so that some packages FTBFS. Here is a patch.
