Hi,

The x11proto-fixes-dev build-depends is too weak: if one only has
x11proto-fixes-dev 3.0, xorg-server's ./configure complains that it
needs 4.0, the dependency should probably be something like

x11proto-fixes-dev (>= 4.0)
