Bug#293881: marked as done (/usr/X11R6/lib/libxf86config.a: libxf86config_pic.a was compiled without -fPic, dynamically linking against it fails)

The files /usr/X11R6/lib/libxf86config.a and /usr/X11R6/lib/libxf86config_pic.a
on my pure64 system are exactly the same. libxf86config_pic.a doesn't seem to
be compiled with -fPic, so we have problems linking against it.
