Bug#380200: xbase-clients: [xkbcomp] can't write to /var/tmp/server-0.xkm when using startx from nonroot user

write to /var/tmp .

The X server is working, but my keyboard layout (pl) isn't working.

Shouldn't we use /tmp ?
