Before (in the monolithic xfree86 and xorg-x11 source packages), the
symlinks were owned by xfree86-common and x11-common, respectively.
xfree86 is in sarge and earlier releases, xorg-x11 replaced xfree86 in
unstable and testing after sarge and until recently.

Currently, the "/usr/bin/X11 -> ." and "/usr/X11R6/bin -> ../bin" links
are part of the x11-common package.
