The bitmap program (xbase-clients) is basically umusable in TWM. The
drawing pad on the right doesn't respond to clicks, the buttons on
the left and the menus seem to work however.
Bitmap works fine in other window managers, earlier versions of
it work with earlier twm.
Also the resize grabbie thing on the lower right corner of mozilla
behaves wierdly in twm, but that one's been a bug for a while.
I have "Random placement" turned on in ".twmrc" if that makes a difference
