Package: xdm
Version: 1:1.0.1-6
Severity: normal

Hello,

there was an upgrade of xdm a few days ago and now xdm is no more automatically launched at boot.
The bug is reproducible and the following workaround is reproducible too :
At the console prompt, I log in in text mode, type "startx", play X, end the X session and log out at the text console prompt.
Everything else is working as before except there is no more graphical log in.

I use xfce (if this helps?).
I suspect a start line commented in an init script.

Have fun making Etch !
