Package: x11-common
Version: 1:7.0.11
Severity: normal

It looks like x11-common conflicts with
xfs <= 1:1.0.1-4 , as a part of the /usr/X11R6/bin-run, but it might be
a false positive:

$ dpkg -L xfs
/.
/usr
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/xfs
/usr/share/doc/xfs/README.Debian
/usr/share/doc/xfs/copyright
/usr/share/doc/xfs/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/share/man
/usr/share/man/man1
/usr/share/man/man1/xfs.1x.gz
/usr/bin
/usr/bin/xfs
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/X11
/usr/lib/X11/fs
/usr/lib/X11/fs/config
/etc
/etc/init.d
/etc/init.d/xfs
/etc/X11/fs/config
/etc/X11/fs/xfs.options

$ dpkg -s xfs | grep ^Version
Version: 1:1.0.1-4

and according to the latest list from Steve Langasek, it should only
conflict with the 6.9 and earlier series.

(Or have I missed something?)

/Sune

So the reason for this that I botched this transition in the past, causing
xfs to be misinstalled in some cases. In order to correct for that, we had
to conflict with some of the old modular packages for the same reason that
we had to conflict with the monolithic ones. Anyhow, I've uploaded a new
xfs that makes this bug pretty pointless anyway, so I'm just closing it.
Thanks for the report and sorry it took me so long to reply.
