checking for mkfontscale... no

We very clearly need mkfontscale to build this package, which is in
xfonts-utils. So substituting xutils with xfonts-utils is the correct
solution, although it doesn't get rid of the circular build-dep, which does
seem to be necessary. Anyway, I've altered the build dep to make it tighter
for the next upload.
