Package: xserver-xorg-video-ati
Version: 1:6.5.8.0-1
Severity: wishlist

the chip-id-override does of course fix the problem; it works fine with 0x3150
and 0x5460. i get hardware acceleration when i add the chip-id to
..../kernel/drivers/char/drm/drm_pciids.h
(i have already reported the chip-id as mentioned in 'drm_pciids.h')
when having dri enabled in xorg.conf, resuming from kernel-interna
software-suspend does not work - it seems to be a xorg issue.

greetings from austria

well, though i think i can't fix that, but i believe i can make a workaround!
