Bug#366007:
The file has been moved by the xfree86-common package:
...
# Just move the Xsession file if it's still around
if [ -f /etc/X11/Xsession ]; then
mv /etc/X11/Xsession /etc/X11/Xsession.xfree86
fi
...
So just moving it back enables e.g. KDE again.
And the latest version of x11-common pre-depends on xfree86-common, but
I don't know why.
