Reportbug scripts, X11 policy, and the like (was Re: Bug#365885: video playback on X.org 7 fails).

	Which makes me remember that, IIRC, we have lost reportbug scripts in the 
transition. I was thinking of:

a) make an external resource 'a la' xsfbs.mk in every tree and ship it with 
every driver.
b) add it to a common package (say xserver-xorg) and link (symbolically) in 
every driver from /usr/share/bug/blabla/ to our master reporbug script.

	Which makes me think of:

c) make a draft of a X11 policy that every package (internal or external) must 
follow, in order to provide a common base for bug scripts (for example) and 
to ease management. This policy would carry an statement like 'You should 
source /usr/share/blabla in your reportbug script' or something like that. 
When I refer to external packages, I refer to wacom, synaptics, and possibly 
others.
