Bug#365788: xbase-clients: Errors in startx and xinit man pages

Both startx and xinit man pages should be updated as they still talk about:
/usr/lib/X11/xinit
/usr/X11R6/bin
which doesn't exist in modular Xorg.
Also, startx (and/or xinit) man page should mention difference between
~/.xsession and ~/.xinitrc. Before, it was something like:
"Note that in the Debian system, what many people traditionally put in the
.xinitrc file should go in .xsession instead; this permits the same X
environment to be presented whether startx, xdm, or xinit is used to start
the X session. All discussion of the .xinitrc file in the xinit(1) manual
page applies equally well to .xsession."
