Bug#364087: x11-common: changelog.Debian.old missing from all XOrg modular packages

Hi,

The changelog for x11-common (and a lot of other XOrg packages) contains
the following at the bottom:

  Older changelog entries (back to 4.0.1) can be found in
  changelog.Debian.old.

However, the file changelog.Debian.old is not currently shipped by any
X-related package in Sid.  It does exist in source package "xorg", but
it would be much more convenient if it was also available in a binary
package; probably x11-common would be best since most of the XOrg binary
packages depend upon it.
