delivered and installed (4.1.0-12 replacing 4.1.0-11)

Updating xfonts-scalable gives the following:

/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/p052004l.pfb is part of gsfonts-x11 0.15 (with
gsfonts 6.0-2)

Remove this symlink and xfonts-scalable is installable without further
problems.

I'm additionally closing bugs 128858 and 131411 since the xftcache
binary has not been shipped since before the release of Sarge, and bug
92453 since the pswrap and makepsres binaries seem to have gone away
between the XFree86 shipped in Sarge and Xorg version 6.9.0.dfsg.1-6.
(Sorry, I'm not sufficiently interested to track down the exact version
in which each binary disappeared.)
