Bug#363169: x server will not start without xserver-xorg

Ok, I think I know what went wrong. x11-common conflicted with the
xserver-xorg version you had installed, and this caused it to be removed
and not reinstalled on upgrade even though the new version was available in
the archive for installation. We need a way to ensure that it gets
installed afterwards...
