Bug#362524: x11-common: needs to conflict with packages installing to /usr/X11R6/bin due to moving of /usr/bin/X11

I, unfortunately, have quite a bit of experience with imake, so I've
become immune to its vile corruption.  :)

However, as near as I can tell, imake isn't working at all right now in
the modular X.Org packages since no package now provides its configuration
rules and templates.  I just submitted a bug against xutils-dev to that
effect.
