Bug#362078: xserver-xorg: dpkg-reconfigure doesn't work if the xorg.conf has been customized

dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg counts as a deliberate action in my book.
If you are overwriting an existing config file, it a) tells you so, b)
backs it up, and c) tells it where.

Me too, including the one for my laptop that deals with multiple screens
if you ask it to.  I wrote all that code and tested it on my live
configuration.  Those same configurations are still there today.
