Bug#358907: libxvmc-dev: libXvMCW.so missing in package

The package doesn't contain libXvMCW.so, so all programs trying to link
against it will try to use the static version, in general excluding use of
libXvMCW in shared libraries.

Adding the link to libXvMCW.so.1 manually makes it work.
